ACTUP WA - THURSDAY'S
1PM - 3PM (Claremont): PODCAST IT!In PODCAST IT!, participants create their very own podcast from scratch; choosing their topic, planning episodes, and exploring styles like storytelling, interviews, comedy, and chat shows. Using the 6P's of voice, they learn to speak clearly, pace themselves, and express emotion, while making every creative decision from their title and episode flow to intros, outros, and sound ideas. The program wraps up with in-studio recording and a celebration of the unique voice each participant brings to the mic!
4.30PM - 5.30PM (CLAREMONT): MAKE IT UP! Our 1-hour Acting Lessons combine script work, improvisation, and performance activities to build creativity, confidence, and social skills. Each class includes a warm-up, skill-based drama games, and a closing activity in a fun and supportive environment. Our terms run for 8 weeks & particpants can claim the cost of ActUp WA on their NDIS funding if they are plan or self-managed.
